Look up to the Sky and all will become clear, if not atleast you’ll see Palm Trees.

Over the past few years, I have blossomed into something more than I would’ve thought images as a little girl. When I was younger, we had a route that would always pass three houses: on a hill visible from the autobahn. I imagined, living their one day and my two siblings living in the other two houses. I had a clear vision of the future, or so I thought. I wanted to cut hair and started practicing on my sisters Barbies; I can still remember the shriek after she uncovered what I had done. But in my defense, I thought the hair would grow back.

Fast forward to a few years prior to today, I moved to be closer to my family during covid with no job and just a few possessions. There was an opening at a company I had admired where I remember buying a pair of my favorite earrings when I was in high school. After a few interviews, I had gotten the email and the call… I got the job; I was on cloud 9 and felt like this was a clear sign that I was where I was supposed to be!

A little under a year later, I was moving up in the company. It was the next step in my career that would be full of ups and downs but awaken a new passion. I began the job as Samples Coordinator were organizing and knowing the product was the biggest part of my job along with bringing the jewelry to and from photoshoots. Yes, I was going to photo shoots. This was a whole new world where I didn’t know what to expect but I had dreams of aesthetic locations filled with glamour, glitz and beauty. I had been on sets before, but broadcasting sets where scripts were needed, talent had to improvise at times and no mistakes could be retouched out.

After a few months, I began helping with jewelry styling, and I felt a significant shift in my career. I used my creativity and organized thinking to design unique jewelry that attracts different people, reflecting their life journeys. This process highlights the importance of teamwork, as diverse ideas lead to better artistic approaches and flexibility during photoshoots. Collaborating with different perspectives deepens our understanding of market trends and customer preferences. This renewed my passion for creatively displaying jewelry in fresh styles.
